Morteza Asgharnia holds Bachelor degree, Master degree (L.L.M) in public law and PhD in public law from the University of Tehran. He has started his professional career since 2007 as a legal & regulatory advisor and has been cooperating with several ministries, governmental administrations, competition authority and regulatory bodies, energy & telecommunication companies, organizations and associations. He has been teaching constitutional law, administrative law, economic law, competition & regulatory law, energy law and telecommunications law. His other accomplishments include writing, translating and publishing various books and scientific articles, as well as advising theses of Master and PhD students. Dr. Morteza Asgharnia specialize in Legal & Regulatory services to corporate clients, firms, companies, public bodies and private investors. His main focus is on Energy & Telecommunications industries, Competition law, Regulatory Issues and investment Law.
